Terms and conditions

These are the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) for your use of services or features on our site owned and operated by Tanstore.net. By using our site, you signify your agreement to the Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you may not use our site.

We’re more than happy to assist you in any way. Issues and questions can be processed much faster and more smoothly if you have your order number and order date available and ready prior to contacting us. You can easily find these details within your order confirmation email.

Payments

With respect to credit card or local payments, your payment is handled by Adyen with secure encryption and in compliance with strict banking standards.

The total order amount will be withdrawn from your account at the time your order is placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service (help@tanstore.net) as soon as possible so we can issue a refund back to your account.

We accept the following form of payments: credit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Both Visa and MasterCard are verified by a security code. Payment is debited from your card at the time you place the order. In the event that a payment has not been received after submitting your order, we may automatically cancel your order. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

We also offer the following payment options: PayPal and Klarna Checkout for Sweden (Klarna Checkout’s Terms and Conditions).

Rates

All prices shown on our site are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time the information is entered into our system. We reserve the right to revise the prices at any time without prior notification.

In the event that a product is listed with the incorrect price due to a clerical error or a system error, Tanstore.net shall have the right to refuse as well as cancel any orders placed for said product listed at the incorrect price. Tanstore.net shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order(s) whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event your credit card is charged for an incorrectly priced item and the order is canceled, Tanstore.net shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

If your delivery address is within Europe, no additional taxes will be charged to you. If your delivery address is outside of Europe you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your designated country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. In addition, please be aware that when goods are shipped outside of Europe, cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Order processing, delivery & shipping

All packing and delivery costs will be added automatically to the total amount of your order. Shipping fees depend upon the selected products and delivery operator. We reserve the right to select the appropriate packaging and shipping for your order without any additional cost to you.

We accept orders and deliver worldwide. We always strive to ship your ordered product(s) within one to two business days following the placement of your order, and in any event no later than 30 days. If we are unable to ship your order within that time frame we will inform you by email with an estimated delivery date, and in such circumstances you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Terms of order

Order Confirmation / receipt

We will automatically send you a written Order Confirmation by email of your new order just moments after you have placed your order. Please check the confirmation to ensure that all of the details such as your phone number, delivery address or pickup point are accurate. If you do not receive your Order Confirmation, please contact our Customer Service immediately so we can make sure you receive your written confirmation.

When your order is processed by our warehouse facility, you will receive an order receipt email. Please save your order receipt in the event there are issues regarding the receipt of your order.

Product warranties / Product falses

Please be aware that cosmetic products do not have a warranty time. If you’ve ordered a product from us that is deemed faulty, we will correct all of such product issues within a reasonable time – usually 30 days – until you’ve received your replacement/corrected order. If you suspect that a product your ordered is faulty or expired, please send an email to our Customer Service (help@tanstore.net) to resolve the issue. Do not use any product that you suspect is faulty or expired, because it could be an endangerment to your health.

Returning or cancelling

We truly hope you’re happy with your purchase from us. If for some reason you’re not satisfied with your Tanstore.net purchase, you have the right to return the product to us for a refund. After receiving your order, you have the right to cancel it within 14 days immediately following the receipt of your order. To begin this process you must send written notification by emailing our customer service at help@tanstore.net.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning your order or the product to us, with the exception of an order/product being faulty, incorrect or not as described. All returned products must be in new condition and fit for resale, unopened, untested, unused and in its original packaging.

Please return your order in a well-padded box or packaging to prevent damage in transit and to ensure it reaches us in good condition. Please also note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned products, or fail to return the product to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses we suffer/incur as a result.

Once you send us your written notification of cancellation by email at help@tanstore.net we will provide you additional details regarding how to make the return.

You can return your order and products in its original condition within 30 days of receipt, to the following address:

After we have received and processed your return through our logistics, we will issue a refund to you for both the purchase price and original delivery charge of any goods/products that are returned. Please allow up to 28 days for us to complete the refund process.

Wrong product or Missing Delivery

If you’ve received the wrong or incorrect product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will take care of any charges that are a result of the delivery of wrong or incorrect products.

Can I Modify or Change My Order?

At this time we do not have order modification or change capability after an order has been placed. However, if you would like to return your ordered product(s), you may follow our instructions pertaining to returns that are stated herein.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolutions

These terms and conditions and any disputes arising there from shall primarily be settled by agreement after discussions with Tanstore.net customer service. In the event of any dispute, Tanstore.net complies with the decisions of the Finnish National Board for Consumer Complaints or the corresponding authority, such as ODR-forum. Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these general Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Finnish laws and shall be exclusively settled by the courts of Finland.

Additional Terms

Orders that are placed in another person’s name without his or her consent that result in Tanstore.net suffering economic damage will be reported to the proper authorities.

If you are under the age of 18 you may only purchase from our site with the permission of your legal guardian, as only your legal guardian can purchase products from our site with the use of credit or credit cards.
